Freedom’s light forever glows,
Through every storm, it bravely shows.
From chains and pain, the world awoke,
When justice rose, the silence broke.

No longer bound by hate or fear,
The song of peace grew strong and clear.
Each heart that longed for liberty,
Now beats with pride and dignity.

We thank the ones who stood so tall,
Who gave their strength, who gave their all.
Their courage paved the road we tread,
Their dreams live on, their words still said.

So on this day, lift high your voice,
In freedom’s gift, we all rejoice.
For every soul, both young and old,
Freedom’s story must be told.
