Compositions ✍️

On Memorial Day, my family and I go to the park to watch the parade. We see veterans marching, people waving flags, and bands playing patriotic songs.
We also visit the cemetery where my grandfather, who was a soldier, is buried. We place flowers on his grave and say a little prayer.
It’s a quiet, respectful day, but also full of pride. We feel thankful for those who gave their lives for our country.
