Give And Don't Give

Give me pain;
I will give you poem in return.

Give me storm;
I will raise buildings
On its devastation.

Give me desert;
I will make an eye-cooled oasis.

Only don't give me any flower-offerings;
I will be lost then like Eurydice
Into bottomless darkness.
