The Spirit of Labor Day
From sunrise to sunset, hands at work,
Building dreams where shadows lurk.
From streets to farms, from seas to skies,
Labor’s spirit never dies.
We gather now with joy and pride,
Celebrating workers far and wide.
Parades, picnics, and fireworks glow,
A nation thanks the hearts we know.
Labor Day reminds us every year,
That progress thrives because we care.
For each effort, great or small,
Helps uphold the freedom of us all.
