Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream was for all people to live together in harmony, without prejudice or hate. Although he lived decades ago, his dream still inspires new generations. Every year on MLK Day, people read his words and reflect on how society has changed—and how much more we can still improve.

The holiday encourages us to focus on understanding one another, celebrating diversity, and building a more inclusive world. Dr. King reminded everyone that love is stronger than hate and that peace is more powerful than violence.

When we celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we celebrate the idea that hope, courage, and kindness can create a brighter future for all.
