We walk in footsteps that they paved,
With helping hands for all the brave.
Through volunteering, giving, sharing cheer,
We bring their memory ever near.

Today is not just for reflection,
But for action, love, and connection.
Through service, we continue the fight,
For justice, kindness, and what is right.

Their spirit lives in every hand,
That reaches out across the land.
The National Day of Service and Remembrance,
Guides us all with courage and persistence.
