Today the world takes one deep breath,
A pause against the pace of death.
We honor life in every form,
In tender hearts and bodies warm.

A beating pulse, a steady thread,
In every soul, in every bed.
We look within, we look around—
In health, true harmony is found.

So may we walk with gentle stride,
And care for those we keep inside.
Our world is fragile—yet so vast,
Its future shaped by choices past.

On this day, we learn again
To value earth, our hearts, our kin.
For health is not a gift of chance,
But life’s most sacred, quiet dance.
