The Quiet Gift of Health

No diamonds glow as bright by far
As simple wellness—life’s true star.
Not gold, not power, not whispered fame
Can soothe the body just the same.

A peaceful night, a morning clear,
A steady heart, a mind sincere.
We celebrate this gift today—
The one we too often tuck away.

Let’s guard it well, with thoughtful grace,
And keep compassion in its place.
For health is more than lungs and bones—
It lives in hearts, in love, in homes.
