Freedom is more than broken chains,
More than release from grief and pain.
It’s dignity, a rightful place,
A voice, a name, a human face.

Juneteenth reveals what was denied,
And honors strength that never died.
It asks us now to rise and be,
The keepers of true liberty.

For freedom lives when truth is known,
And justice stands, no soul alone.
Juneteenth reminds us, year by year,
That freedom’s future starts right here.
