Flow of Serenity
Flow like water, strong and free,
Yoga opens hearts to be.
A gentle twist, a mindful bend,
Each movement helps the soul to mend.
In stillness find the endless skies,
In every breath, the answer lies.
Let tension fade, let worries cease,
Through yoga, we embrace our peace.
