A Journey Inward

 


Yoga is a journey inward bound,
Where silent truths and thoughts are found.
Muscles stretch, and worries fall,
A sacred rhythm guides us all.


Balance achieved, both firm and light,
The mind grows clear, the soul takes flight.
In each posture, in every breath,
We find a path beyond all stress.
