The Playful Hunter

A leap, a bound, a sudden dash,
Through the room with a merry flash.
A string, a toy, a fluttering leaf,
Moments of joy, so brief, so brief.


Eyes aglow with endless glee,
Each chase a tiny mystery.
In every jump, in every run,
She finds her world, her endless fun.
