Author: Labor Day

Labor’s Quiet Strength

Not all heroes wear a cape,
Some shape the world without escape.
In offices, in fields, on roads,
They bear the weight, they share the loads.

Their strength is quiet, seldom sung,
Yet every day, their praises rung.
From dawn to dusk, in sun and rain,
They labor through both joy and pain.

Today we rest, we honor, cheer,
For every worker far and near.
Labor Day reminds us all,
Without their hands, the world would fall.
