Supporting Others
Mental health is not only about self-care but also about supporting those around us. Friends, family, and colleagues may struggle silently, and a kind word or a listening ear can make a significant difference. World Mental Health Day encourages empathy and compassion. By being present and understanding, we create a safe environment where people feel valued and supported, which can prevent isolation and promote healing.
