Deep inside, a light will shine,
Though shadows fall, it still is mine.
Through fear and worry, doubt and pain,
That little spark will still remain.

Nurture it with patience, care,
With words of kindness everywhere.
A mindful thought, a gentle smile,
Can make each journey feel worthwhile.

World Mental Health Day reminds,
The brightest light is what we find
When we protect our precious mind,
And treat it with the love assigned.
