Author: National Pancake Day

Syrup Silence

The table knows our tired hands,
The years we don’t explain.
We eat, we smile, we don’t pretend,
Let sweetness ease the strain.
Pancake Day — no need for youth,
Just warmth, and rest, and honest truth.
