I said, yes I’d like to be my real self
and yes I’d like to realise that I, er, am.. I think..

but when I see the word self-realisation
I reach for the ego in my holster..
right between the eyes. One shot. No mess.

he said, will you settle for liberation?
I said yes, that’s fine

he said well if that’s what you’re looking for,
there’s some bad news and some good news

the bad news is that the person that you think you are
will never find Liberation

the good news is that who you really are
has never known anything but freedom...
