Did i love thee?
or didst i lie
to myself
to you and i?

i know i felt it
i know i said it
forever and a day
always

i said
i did
what happened now
that i walked away
and am not turning back?

did i love thee true?
do i love thee still?
that i write lines
and dream dreams
of u

that my first waking thought
and the last sentence in my head
has your name in it

i cannot come back
i have gone too far
