Dear God in Heaven,
We solemnly pray to you today,
To guard and protect,
With all Your Sacred Almighty Power,
Our President’s birth certificate,
From any harm it may encounter,
In the Hawaiian Health Department files,
Because many citizens of the U.S.A,
Would like to see it as soon as possible,
In order to make sure and certify,
That when Barack Hussein Obama,
Comes of age, he will duly qualify to be awarded,
Social Security benefits as a retiree !
