Was The Ship Columbus Sailed,
In one, four, nine, two...

They Claim A Viking
Was The first To Discover-
America's Land...

Five Centuries 'Fore
Columbus Was Even Born;
Politics back Then? !

The Stories Were Told,
Leif Erickson was his name,
Tho' he had others!

Yet, So What...Whatever,
If The Leif fell 'fore Chris;
America Lives!

And Is That Not What-
October Twelfth Is About,
Whoever Founded...

History Concludes,
Tho' There Were Many Others-
Columbus Takes First!
