I've watched the glow of sunset red,
heading west to lay it's head,
dripping into distant seas,
reflecting off fresh skies of eve,
twilight, sunsets curtain call,
bound for western skies befall-

'tween mountain peaks in silhouette,
'fore passing off its gold bereft,
to nascent, charcoaled skies of night,
pictorial scape, the Artists bride,
with million stars of silver-white,
breaking space with beaconed light,

washing clean the hazy face,
of brilliance... to the Moon's embrace,
while night becomes a cloak of grace
and romance, let no heart forsake
the lovers who indulge the stars
by astronomy... of the drumming Heart.
