Pressing Send

I love you as well in my own little way,
when you first rang my bell it was simply a play,
but today we have grown and await the first touch,
tiny seeds, gently sown as the treat must be Dutch
and like roe from a fish they will swim to the end
as resolve becomes stiff, and the drive goes to SEND.
