Today’s a special day,The flag leads in the way.We celebrate with joy,Each girl and every boy.

The stripes are bold and long,The stars are shining strong.Together they remindOf freedom we may find.

Our flag is flying high,So bright against the sky.It shows our country’s pride,With colors side by side.

We lift our flags today,And watch them dance and sway.They sparkle in the sun,For everyone as one.

Fifty stars shine bold,Their stories all are told.Thirteen stripes so true,In red and white and blue.

On Flag Day we all cheer,Our flag we hold so dear.It waves up in the sky,So proud and standing high.

Red, white, and blue so bright,The flag waves in the light.It flies for all to see,A symbol of the free.

You are my guide, my friend, my dad,With you, I’m always happy and glad.I hope you smile in every way,And have a perfect Father’s Day!
